Hello,

I am posting from another account because I cannot access my suspended account.

My main GitHub account (username: nihaddev) has been suspended, and I did not receive any notification explaining the reason.

I have already contacted GitHub Support, but I have not received a response yet.

I believe this may have been triggered by logging in from a different location (VPN / WireGuard), and I am ready to provide any verification if needed.

This situation is time-sensitive because my GitHub account is linked to a hackathon application.

If anyone from the GitHub team could guide me or help escalate this case, I would really appreciate it.

Hi!

1. Submit a dedicated appeal
   Don't just wait on a general support ticket — submit a formal account appeal at:
   support.github.com/contact/appeal
   In your appeal, include:

Your suspended username: nihaddev
That you received no prior warning or explanation
That you believe VPN/WireGuard login may have triggered it
That you're willing to verify your identity
!!Mention the hackathon deadline explicitly!!

2. Check your email and also spam

If you don't hear back within a few days, reply to your existing ticket to bump it. Let me know if it helps dude!

3 days ago i submitted an appeal ticket to github support but i forgot to add hackathon issue.

Don't wait then. Github support usually responds to me circa 6 hours :) I don't know about weekends tho. Try it.

10 minutes ago, the hackathon team contacted to me. They are invited me to the interview process. i think github account didn't create a problem to me
