Description
When viewing the Metadata tab on an APM transaction, it has a "How to add labels and other data" link to https://www.elastic.co/docs/solutions/observability/apm/metadata
These instructions are specific to Elastic APM, and don't tell users how to add metadata (attributes) when using the OpenTelemetry SDKs.
The docs page is specific to APM but there might be room on there for a section detailing how to add attributes if using OpenTelemery.
