Cannot upload video to comment, error message is unclear about issue reason

When trying to upload >10 MB video file to issue to provide visual feedback, I was unable to upload it and was met with this message:

Which doesn't tell anything about where was the issue.
Later I checked console and found that there was an error "422 Unprocessable Content",
and finally found the reason inside the response of request:

Which can be frustrating, when no clear reason is being present to user without having to check console.

Surprisingly when trying to post the video here, the error message is actually being displayed to user:

Big +1 for visibly displaying some kind of actual error message! That seems pretty basic.

I just spent 30 minutes trying to figure out why the feature was "broken," trying different approaches, etc. Turns out the only thing broken is the GitHub Issues UI itself.
