Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Community/Moderators,

I am writing this to request a manual review for my Student Developer Pack application. I am a student at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India, pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).

My application (@Ikchiragcore) has been rejected 6 times by the automated system. I believe the main issue is that I have a single legal name (Chirag).

What I have already done:

Updated my GitHub Billing and Public Profile name to "Chirag Chirag" to meet the first/last name requirements.

Logged out and logged back in after the name change.

Provided my official Student ID Card and a Dated Fee Receipt for the current January 2026 session.

Despite having clear, valid documents, the automated system still fails to verify my affiliation. Since manual tickets are no longer provided, I am seeking help here.

Could a moderator please look into this or guide me on how to get my documents verified manually?
