Github Education rejections without clear cause

Hi everyone,

I have been a member for almost 10 years. Normally the certificate of employment is sufficient. I have 2FA on recently. I have the same name as my employment letter and I have my institution email. I have exhausted all FAQ trying to work out a reason for rejection. I have my employment letter uploaded. Still rejected. Multiple times on multiple browsers. Still rejected.

All I get is this: "Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your academic affiliation based on the information you submitted on Apr 20, 2026 for ..."

Any assistance greatly appreciated.
