@malini ok so if we want to create a QR Code setup for Apple Mail it seems like we need to create a .mobileconfig file which is a XML file with very specific tags. There is an Apple made app called Apple Configurator that helps with the creation of this one. The process is a little convoluted though.

We can author this file and have the Subscriber specific fields be replaced later in code upon QR code generation, like User DIsplay Name, Email Address, Username and Password. Important to note here that the Password is the App Password so we might need to auto-create a special App Password upon Stalwart account creation for this, perhaps something like the auto setup of CalDAV for Appointment.

Then, we can prompt the user download of the .mobileconfig file in the Subscriber's device but they would have to still do lots of manual work like allow the download -> close the dialog -> go to Settings -> tap on Profile Downloaded -> click on install on the top right -> finally open Apple Mail ... there's a step-by-step example process in the Subscriber's end in this link:
