Extension debugging is not supported when using --browser-url and auto-connect. We should make this more explicit for users.

Mark --browser-url and --auto-connect mutually exclusive to --enableCategoryExtensions.

Describe alternatives you've considered

A more descriptive error message when connection to chrome fails.
