[NuGet.org Bug]: Add members does not show members even though members have registered to nuget.org

I'm unable to use NuGet.org

Describe the bug

I created an Organisation - OmnissaSDK and I verified the organisation. Two other members registered in nuget.org. When trying to add these members to the Org, the members do not show up in Add members list. So, Im unable to add any members to the Organisation

Repro Steps

Steps
Navigate to Manage Organisations
Select the recently created Organisation - OmnissaSDK. The organisation has been verified multiple times
Select the Edit Organisation account
Select Add members, only existing members can be added
Two members have registered in nuget.org, yet they do not show up in the Add members list

Expected Behavior

Administrator should be able to add members to the Organisation
