Repro Steps

1. https://www.nuget.org/account/Packages
2. Clicked on published packages and in unlisted packages te same issue on mobile phone
3. Site width changed you can see it on the picture above

Expected Behavior

As expected it your block of text in this menus is statick and cant be addited. That bag can be slowed by edditing width parameter to width:100% or by adding new parametr display:flex
