Pull request overview
Adds the pull request URL into the metadata attached to Copilot “cloud session” items, so consumers of vscode.ChatSessionItem.metadata can access a stable PR link alongside existing repo/branch fields.
Changes:
- Extend cloud session item metadata to include
pullRequestUrlsourced frompr.url.
