1. Open the app and tap the menu icon of top left
2. The "Setting" menu is not fully displayed

This should be fixed by #10236, there was a general issue with the drawer not receiving navigation bar and display cutout paddings.

The drawer is nested in the MainActivity, so the insets are not available on older Android versions, we need to apply them.
